လိုင်စင်လျှောက်ထားမည့် တာဝန်ခံများအနေဖြင့် လိုင်စင်လျှောက်ထားမှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် စနစ်တွင် Register ပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
- The person accountable for license applications must register in the system.

လိုင်စင်လျှောက်ထားသူသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အဖွဲ့ အစည်းများမှ တရားဝင် တာဝန်ပေးအပ် ခွင့်ပြုထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- The applicant must be legally authorized by the relevant organizations.

Register ပြုလုပ်ရန်အတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် အချက်အလက်များကို ပြည်စုံမှန်ကန်စွာ ဖြည့်သွင်းရမည်။
- The required information must be provided completely and accurately.

Register ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် ဖြည့်သွင်းသည့် အချက်အလက်များ မှန်ကန်ကြောင်း လျှောက်ထားသူက တာဝန်ယူရမည်။
- The applicant will take full responsibility in submitting full and accurate information for registration.

Register ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် လျှောက်ထားမည့် လိုင်စင်အမျိုးအစားအလိုက် သက်မှတ်ထားသည့် ကို ပေးသွင်းရမည်။
- Applicants must pay the stipulated for the license type to be applied for.

User Registration ဆိုင်ရာအချက်အလက်များကို ဌာနမှ စိစစ်ပြီးပါက စနစ်တွင် လိုင်စင်လျှောက်ထားမှုများဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်မည့် User Account အား လျှောက်ထားသူ၏ eMail သို့ ပေးပို့မည်။
- User Accounts will be emailed to the applicant upon verification of the submitted information by the Department.

ဌာနက စိစစ်ခွင့်ပြုထားသော User Account များဖြင့် စနစ်ကိုချိတ်ဆက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်သည့် ကာလမှာ ဌာနကခွင့်ပြုသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ (၁) နှစ်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- The user account is valid for 1 year from the date of approval.
- ခွင့်ပြုကာလ ကျော်လွန်ပါက User Account ကို သက်တမ်းတိုးရပါမည်။
- The user account must be renewed when the validity period ends.
